This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to anyone using the Appkitekt AI platform. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
You must not
- Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Submit URLs, prompts, or content you do not have the right to analyze.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written consent.
- Attempt to overload, disrupt, or impair the Service or its infrastructure.
- Bypass rate limits, quotas, paywalls, beta locks, or access controls.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code, models, or prompts.
- Use the Service or its Output to train a competing AI model or build a directly competing product.
- Scrape user interfaces or APIs beyond the documented usage limits.
- Generate, distribute, or use Output that is defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or contains personal data of others without lawful basis.
- Use the Service to create deceptive content, impersonate others, or manipulate AI search results in a way that violates a third party's terms.
- Upload malware or content that contains malicious code.
Automated use
Automated access, including through scripts or agents, must respect technical limits and any documentation we publish. We may throttle or block traffic that we believe is abusive.
